How can I track my referrals?
Go to Referrals > My Referrals where you can see your pending and completed referrals. Note that if the referred person has not used your referral link, or if they have been a SiteGround customer before, we won’t be able to track the order as referred by you.
If you have referred a new client to SiteGround but you have not received any free months of hosting yet, don’t worry. Simply provide us with the name of your referral, their email, and the domain name they registered with us. To do this, fill in the form for missing referrals which is linked in the Info message on top of My Referrals page. We will investigate the case and try to award you accordingly.
In case you’re a SiteGround affiliate and you wish to check your affiliate referrals, go to Affiliate > Reporting > Commissions Report. There, you will find detailed information about your sales and commissions earned from your referrals.
