How do I know when my hosting plan is due for renewal?
All Shared hosting plans offered by SiteGround are set on automatic annual renewal. This is made for the convenience of our customers, the greater majority of whom prefer having their plans renewed on a yearly basis. This way they do not have to worry about expiration and possible suspension of the service every month.
Cloud hosting plans are automatically renewed based on their set Billing cycle. The available cycles are 1, 3 and 6 months.
Furthermore, we often have renewal promotions for our existing clients. Renewals for periods longer than 1 year are also available for our Shared hosting plans. Our customers can renew their shared plans for 2 years from their Client Area > Billing > Renewals.
