What to do if an affiliate sale is missing in stats?
If you should notice that a sale is missing in your Affiliate Reports, please contact us via Help Center > Contact Us > Affiliate > Missing Sale and tell us as much information about the sale or the new customer as you can. Useful information would be the purchase date, domain name, customer name, email account, user name, etc. We will investigate the issue and if we are able to find and confirm that the sale was generated by you, we will add the sale to your account.
