Self-Service Support Tools

As a SiteGround customer, you have various ways to get quick and easy answers to your hosting questions, even without having to contact our support. When an issue occurs, you can use our AI search tool first. It searches through more than 4500 constantly updated articles to quickly find you the most relative answer.

To access it, log into your Client Area > Help Menu > use the AI search bar to type your question. Articles containing answers to your questions will appear in the drop-down list.

Another way to find proper answers to your questions is to search through our comprehensive list of help articles, located in the Help Center.
