How to post a support ticket?
SiteGround’s Client Area has a simple and intuitive design intended to help customers in diagnosing and solving their problems. When needed, a ticket can be posted following these steps:
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click on Help Menu.
Here, you will be able to use our advanced AI Search to find a solution to your issue or reach our support members under the Contact Us section.
In case you wish to reach a support representative make sure that you select the closest category related to your case and click on it. You will be provided with a pop-up to select whether to open a ticket, start a chat session or call on the phone.
