At SiteGround, we take website performance seriously. That’s why we have developed the SuperCacher – our own powerful caching solution that accelerates website speed multiple times. It is available to all our clients and includes three caching options that can be managed via your site’s Site Tools > Speed > Caching.
NGINX Direct Delivery – it caches your site’s static content like images, CSS files, javascript, flash, etc.
Dynamic Cache – it caches your site’s dynamic content and stores it in the server RAM.
Memcached – it uses Memcached technology which speeds up database calls, API calls, and page rendering by storing data and objects in memory to reduce the number of times a database is queried. It’s a good option for sites that rely mainly on database queries.
